1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jz151 ("jz151", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the jz151 website located at jz151.app and all associated services, applications, games, and features available through it.

By accessing the jz151 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jz151 platform.

jz151 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jz151 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the jz151 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

If underage gambling is confirmed, all winnings will be void, deposits will be returned to the extent required, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the jz151 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to update this information promptly whenever a change occurs.

• All information submitted during registration must be truthful and verifiable.

• jz151 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Account credentials — including your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other individual.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your jz151 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jz151 immediately at [email protected]. jz151 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the jz151 platform you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with applicable law and these Terms at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the jz151 platform for any purpose.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the jz151 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jz151 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with jz151's games, odds feeds, or account management features.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access your account.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers or wagering requirement strategies that constitute abuse in jz151's reasonable judgment.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or as part of a professional betting syndicate where such activity is not disclosed to and approved by jz151.

jz151 monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated fraud detection and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is detected, jz151 may suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any pending withdrawal, void any associated winnings, and retain any deposited funds to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

jz151 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected underage use, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity, or at the player's own request.

Players who wish to close their jz151 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, jz151 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to the player's registered payment method before closing the account. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

• Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) as an alternative to full account closure.
• Players who have registered for self-exclusion may not request account reopening before the self-exclusion period expires.
• Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month after the inactivity period begins, deducted from the account balance where one exists.
• jz151 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player before applying any inactivity fee.
• Where a balance remains in a closed or inactive account, jz151 will retain those funds for a period of 36 months, during which the player may contact support to reclaim them, subject to identity verification.

For dispute resolution, players should first contact jz151 support at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the dispute. jz151 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a full written response within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, players may refer the matter to an independent third-party mediation service as notified by jz151.
